An expert system for staff who make foreign exchange transactions.
I was contracted to design a new interface for an long-established software trading platform. I conducted research, talking with users and domain experts. I designed every stage of the experience from the loading screen (including animations) to the information hierarchy of key onscreen data needed by the expert users.
I worked with devs and the SME closely to ensure that the emergent design spec was appropriate, that the Agile stories were fully defined, and that any issues were addressed quickly.
