A web portal for people who sell insurance.
I was the sole in-house designer on this project, working with a BA and an Agile dev team. I conducted research, talking with users, customer service leads, and domain experts. I designed every stage of the experience and monitored the implementation to ensure a positive experience at every customer touchpoint, and tracked the success of the website after launch.
Working closely with devs was important during the development phase to address emergent issues and answer questions as they arose.
